Frequently asked questions
QAre you a property agent?
No. We are not a broker. Unless a separately licensed module is enabled, we do not match tenants and landlords or negotiate on your behalf.
QWill you go to court for me?
No. The Small Claims Tribunal requires parties to appear in person or by video. We help you prepare your evidence, apply for video attendance, and stand by technically on hearing day. We do not speak on your behalf in the hearing.
QI don't want to receive marketing. Is that OK?
Yes. Service reminders always work. Marketing emails are a separate opt-in and you can withdraw anytime from your account settings.
QDoes it work for HDB and condo?
Yes. Both HDB and private (condo or landed) tenancies are supported.
QHow long do you keep my files?
By default, 120 days after your tenancy ends. Paid plans extend retention. Legal holds pause auto-delete when you need evidence preserved for a dispute.
